PART-TIME MAINTENANCE & REPAIR TECH NEEDED (20-25 hrs week)
Looking to hire a reliable, hands-on individual to help keep our 130- unit condominium community clean, safe, attractive, and well maintained.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced maintenance person looking for steady part-time work in a friendly community environment .

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and handyman repairs throughout the property
• Keep common areas, buildings, and amenities clean, safe, and well maintained
• Perform minor plumbing repairs and maintenance
• Perform basic electrical repairs and fixture replacements
• Repair doors, locks, hinges, hardware, walls, and other common-area items
• Perform basic painting, caulking, drywall, patching, and carpentry.
• Assist with maintenance of the clubhouse, pool area, laundry areas, courtyards, tennis court, and other amenities
• Help identify maintenance issues before they become larger problems
• Respond to maintenance requests and complete work orders
• Assist with vendor access and projects when needed
• Maintain tools and supplies and report items that need to be purchased
• Help keep maintenance areas and equipment organized
• Perform other general property-maintenance duties as needed
• Safely operate golf cart.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance, handyman, experience preferred
• Must be dependable, responsible, and able to work independently
• Must have good communication and customer-service skills
• Ability to safely use common hand and power tools
• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, bending, climbing stairs, and standing for extended periods of time
• Valid driver’s license required
• References required
• Background check required
