Work Environment

This full-time role is onsite, primarily focused on home care, allowing our Physical Therapists to work directly with patients in their home environments. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical conditions and treatment needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient goals and functional abilities.
• Utilize evidence-based interventions and modalities, including exercises, manual therapy, and technology, to enhance patients' functional recovery.
• Regularly monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on outcomes and feedback.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and nurses, to ensure integrated and comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on home exercises, self-management techniques, and wellness strategies to promote ongoing recovery.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with the latest trends and advancements in physical therapy.

Qualifications

• Valid and active Florida State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to the evolving needs of patients.
• Extensive knowledge of physical therapy theories, procedures, practices, and relevant equipment.

Preferred Experience

While we welcome new graduates, candidates with prior experience in home care environments or outpatient settings are preferred. Familiarity with advanced therapeutic modalities, effective documentation systems, and a strong understanding of patient outreach and education will be advantageous in this role.

Compensation and Benefits

Physical Momentum Therapy offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 120,000 per year , commensurate with experience and caseload.
