Are you someone who enjoys taking care of peoplebut behind the scenes? We're looking for a kind, organized, and dependable Staffing Coordinator to help keep our nursing team supported and our residents cared for.
What You'll Do:
- Create and manage nursing schedules with care and attention
- Help ensure every shift is covered so our residents always feel supported
- Connect with team members to fill openings and navigate call-offs
- Be a steady, positive presence for both staff and leadership
What You Bring:
- Experience in healthcare staffing or scheduling (preferred)
- A calm, solution-focused mindset
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
