Senior HRIS & Benefits Specialist In-Office Leader

Triversity Construction Company in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Sr HRIS & Benefits Specialist to own our UKG Ready HR technology, benefits administration, and leave programs. This is an in-office role focused on data integrity, policy governance, and a strong employee experience.
You will partner with Payroll and HR, manage system configurations, enrollment, reporting, audits, and open enrollment. Candidates should have 5+ years HRIS/benefits experience, UKG Ready familiarity, and solid
