Senior Workday HRIS Architect & Optimization Lead

Fifth Third is seeking a Senior HRIS Product Analyst in Cincinnati, OH to lead configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday changes across multiple modules. You will partner with HR COEs, HRBPs, and IT to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions that support people processes and optimize HR service delivery.
