Client Services Coordinator

Job Title: Client Services Coordinator (Temporary) Location: Beverly Hills, CA (Onsite) Pay Rate: $30–35/hour Schedule/Hours: 9 AM – 5 PM Duration: 4–8 weeks, with the possibility of extension About the Role Our client is seeking a polished, service-oriented Client Services Coordinator to support the daily operations of several Class A commercial office properties. This position plays a key role in creating an exceptional tenant experience by serving as the primary point of contact for tenants, visitors, and vendors while partnering closely with the Property Management and Hospitality teams. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where balancing multiple priorities and delivering outstanding customer service are essential. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, visitors, and vendors, delivering a professional and welcoming experience. Respond to tenant requests and resolve concerns in a timely, customer-focused manner. Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and internal teams. Support tenant engagement initiatives, hospitality programs, and property events. Partner with Property Management, Engineering, and Building Operations to ensure seamless day-to-day building operations. Administrative & Property Operations Provide administrative support for the Property Management Office, including ordering office supplies and maintaining an organized workspace. Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner, verifying charges against contracts, budgets, and proposals. Manage the completion and billing of work orders through the Angus work order system. Issue monthly electronic rent statements and maintain supporting documentation. Coordinate vendor access and scheduling with building teams and tenants. Maintain organized digital and physical property records and documentation. Follow up with vendors and contractors regarding ongoing service requests. Update and maintain contact databases and emergency notification systems. Draft and distribute tenant communications and property notices. Escalate recurring tenant concerns or operational issues to management as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. 1–3 years of administrative, client services, hospitality, or property management experience. Commercial real estate or property management experience is preferred. Exceptional customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational abilities with excellent attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Professional, polished demeanor with strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Reliable onsite attendance is required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
