Key Qualifications:

• Valid Michigan Speech-Language Pathology license required
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Experience or strong background providing SLP services in schools
• Comfortable working across a broad age range (K-12)
• Committed to onsite presence; virtual/remote services are not available for this position
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations for students K-12
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Deliver direct therapy and group intervention sessions onsite
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and provide regular updates to staff and parents
• Work closely with teachers, counselors, and administrators to promote student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and support compliance with all state and federal regulations
• Foster an inclusive, positive, and supportive learning environment
