Qualifications & Experience Sought:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Active California SLP license
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric healthcare setting preferred
• Skilled in implementing both in-person and teletherapy services
• SLPA supervision experience is a plus
• Confident communicator and effective team collaborator
• Commitment to culturally responsive practices

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in a school-based environment
• Deliver therapy services to children with a variety of communication needs
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Engage and support parents, caregivers, and educators to optimize student outcomes
• Option to provide services via teletherapy as needed
