Requirements and Skills:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active California SLP licensure or eligibility to obtain.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) consideration.
• Experience with pediatric populations, ideally in school-based or healthcare settings.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and delivering remote services.
• Ability to tailor support for a range of communication disorders and IEP needs.
• SLPA supervision or experience with SLPA collaboration is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with students, staff, and families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for students from diverse backgrounds.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans and interventions.
• Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and contribute to IEP meetings.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to optimize each student’s progress.
• Provide both in-person and teletherapy services as required.
• Support and mentor SLPA team members if applicable.
