Our Front of House team is the face of the brand—welcoming guests, building epic bowls, and keeping the energy high from open to close. We’re looking for a Full-Time FOH Team Member, especially for PM and weekend shifts, who loves fast-paced environments, great teamwork, and making people’s day with awesome service (and even better teriyaki). Salary Range: $30,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year Annual Base Salary + Bonus Opportunities High-Energy, team oriented environment Opportunity to grow with a fun, expanding brand Free smells of Teriyaki all shift long Compensation based on experience Requirements 2 years of FOH management experience (required) Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills Ability to stay calm and positive in a fast-paced environment Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Availability for evenings and weekends Previous restaurant experience is a plus—but we’ll train the right person Responsibilities Bring the energy—set the tone for the front of house and make every guest feel welcome Lead, coach, and support the FOH team to deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service Take orders confidently (in-person and online), keeping things smooth and efficient during rushes Build bowls with speed, consistency, and attention to detail—no sloppy bowls on your watch Own the guest experience from start to finish, jumping in wherever needed to keep things moving Handle cash management, including daily deposits and POS accuracy Coordinate and execute catering orders, making sure everything goes out right and on time Keep the dining area clean, stocked, and always guest-ready Restock and manage front-of-house inventory (sauces, utensils, beverages, etc.) Work side-by-side with BOH to keep orders flowing fast and communication tight Stay organized, solve problems on the fly, and keep the shift running smoothly Remote Type: No Job Type: Full-Time Job Category: Hospitality & Tourism #J-18808-Ljbffr
