ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency has been proudly serving the community since 2016, built on a foundation of teamwork, trust, and genuine care for both our customers and our team members. Before opening the agency, I worked as an entrepreneur, and my inspiration to join State Farm came from my uncle, who was also an agent.

I’m a proud Texas native and graduate of Texas State University, where I earned my bachelor’s degree in finance. My wife, who has been an integral part of our agency for eight years, works alongside me, making this truly a family-run business. Outside the office, I love spending time outdoors—whether that’s fishing, kayaking, or tending to our small farm filled with chickens, goats, and cows.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Dan Walker - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
