GALE embraces a hybrid, flexible workplace We're looking for a Senior Art Director to be a visual lead on a major travel and tourism brand — work built on making a place feel irresistible. You'll shape the look and feel across brand campaigns, social-first content, digital, and experiential, crafting imagery and design that's as evocative as the destination itself. You'll partner closely with a senior copywriter, strategy, and account teams, and report into the creative leadership on the account. You'll make ambitious, beautifully crafted work for a brand people genuinely love, alongside a team that's grown fast for a reason. Who you are... 5+ years of art direction experience, ideally at an agency, with a portfolio that shows range and craft. Travel, tourism, lifestyle, hospitality, or experiential work is a strong plus. Exceptional design fundamentals — typography, composition, color, and layout. Strong conceptual thinking; you sell ideas, not just executions. Experience directing photo/video shoots and working with production partners. Fluency across brand and performance, and across long and short form. Comfort collaborating in a fast-paced, data-informed, integrated environment. What you'll be doing... Concept and art-direct integrated campaigns across broadcast/video, social, digital, web, OOH, email/CRM, and experiential. Own and elevate the brand's visual identity — keeping it distinctive, cohesive, and beautiful across every touchpoint. Translate strategy and insight into ideas that make people want to plan, book, and go. Direct photo and video shoots, illustration, and motion — guiding everything from mood and casting to the final grade. Partner tightly with a copywriter to build ideas that are as strong verbally as they are visually. Design at a high level yourself while also directing external partners, photographers, and production teams. Present and rationalize your work to internal teams and clients with clarity and conviction. Nice to have... Experience with destination marketing, place branding, or experiential work.
