UCLA Health’s David Geffen School of Medicine (DGSOM) is hiring a Senior Art Director to lead integrated creative campaigns for DGSOM and UCLA Health initiatives. Responsibilities Develop creative campaigns that support both DGSOM and UCLA Health initiatives, highlighting how the School of Medicine’s research, breakthroughs, and innovations advance care across the UCLA Health system Collaborate with cross-functional teams and a Copywriter to define and strengthen UCLA Health brand voice , improve institutional reputation, and enhance brand perception Drive measurable outcomes across market awareness , preference , loyalty , recruitment , patient acquisition , and organizational growth Set the creative vision and creative foundation for integrated campaigns spanning video , digital , experiential , social , and print Partner with senior leaders, executives, and teams across Strategic Marketing , Brand Strategy and Creative , Digital , Partnerships , Development , DGSOM , and the broader enterprise Requirements Bachelor’s Degree and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum three (3) years of demonstrated experience as a creative professional, including a proven track record developing brand creative Minimum three (3) years hands‑on experience across diverse media channels: digital , social , TV , print , OOH , and experiential Willingness to travel up to 30 miles , with availability some weekends or after hours Familiarity with social media trends, editing and video styles, especially for YouTube , Instagram , and TikTok Ability to create eye‑catching organic and paid social media content that supports engagement on platforms including Instagram , Facebook , and LinkedIn Proficiency with Creative Suite , including: Premiere Pro , After Effects , Lightroom , Photoshop , Illustrator , InDesign , and more Ability to manage multiple projects, remain positive and calm under pressure , and stay solution oriented Strong knowledge of marketing strategy, including planning for various media venues, venue technical requirements, and selecting the most appropriate and effective applications Pre‑production planning, coordination, and organization skills Ability to capture video and photography using DSLR , GoPro , and iPhone Location & Work Setup Los Angeles, CA Onsite Salary $95,400.00 – $208,300.00 per year (USD) Tools & Platforms Creative Suite : Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign Platforms : YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn Cameras : DSLR, GoPro, iPhone #J-18808-Ljbffr UCLA Health
