IMPACT-X Performance Huntington Beach is seeking a high-level fitness professional and leader who wants more than just another training job.

We are building a next-generation performance, recovery, and longevity facility focused on helping adults optimize strength, energy, body composition, recovery, and long-term health.

This role is ideal for someone who:

• Already has a book of business or strong local network

• Thrives in leadership and business development

• Loves coaching but also wants to help build a company

This is not a big-box gym position.

We are looking for someone who can:

• Coach semi-private and personal training clients

• Build relationships and community

• Drive referrals and membership growth

• Help lead culture and operations

• Eventually take on broader leadership responsibilities within the business
