We're currently seeking a passionate and skilled “Tool & Die Maker 3” to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality, engineered solutions to our customers worldwide. Job Summary The Tool Die Maker 3 is responsible for building, maintaining and troubleshooting Progressive Dies, fixtures, jigs, inspection gages used in the manufacturing process of metal stamping, assembly and automation. Responsibilities Building, repair and maintain stamping tools, per design requirements. Modify existing tooling per customer changes and requirements. Knowledge and ability to perform rebuilds, sharpen and repair blanking dies. Ability to troubleshoot press and die problems. Perform changeovers on multiple part tooling. Ability to train other team members Reporting daily time entry with description of work performed. Advising and reporting usage of spare tooling components and shop supplies. Other duties as deemed necessary Requirements Computer skills is a plus Excellent verbal and written skills, ability to work from verbal and written instructions. Team oriented Self-motivated TMA certificate or equivalent Minimum 5 years’ experience Knowledge and operation of all tool room equipment safely and efficiently Knowledge of proper die build procedures Knowledge of punch press equipment and metal forming processes US Pay Transparency The base salary for this role will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, experience, and internal consistency.
