CareCore at Willowood CareCore at Willowood is seeking a dedicated and experienced Night Shift Supervisor (LPN or RN) to join our leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong clinical nurse who thrives in a structured environment and is comfortable leading overnight operations while maintaining direct patient care responsibilities. Position Summary The Night Shift Unit Manager is responsible for overseeing nursing operations on their assigned unit during the night shift. This role includes leadership, clinical oversight, and hands‑on responsibilities, including managing a medication cart.
