Location: Portsmouth, NH. WSL is located steps from Portsmouth’s Market Square and Prescott Park, behind the Strawbery Banke Museum.

Job Summary: As a Saturday Night Baylor LNA, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming, person-centered resident experience. Enjoy the stability of a permanent 12-hour shift every Saturday, plus earn an additional four (4) hours of bonus pay each week for your commitment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth and positivity when working with fellow team members and senior residents.
• Take direction from the Nurse Supervisor on delegated workflow related to personal nursing care functions, resident nutrition, resident mobility and incontinence care, etc.
• Cooperate with inter-departmental personnel as well as other work teams to ensure that nursing services can be adequately maintained to meet resident needs.
• Participate in required annual training programs.

Requirements:

Education

• High School graduate or equivalent

Licensure, Registration, and Certification

• Active NH LNA license

Experience

• A minimum of one year of experience in a senior service setting is preferred

Hours: Every Saturday overnight, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Rate: Base pay starts at $24.00/hour for LNAs.

• +$4.00/hour for overnight shifts
