A/P Data Entry Clerk Location: Pinch A Penny Administration ; 6385 150th Ave N. Clearwater, FL 33760 The A/P Data Entry clerk operates effectively large amounts of information. The target is to insert, update and maintain accurate data on computer systems. On a daily basis our A/P Data Entry Clerk: Inputs data into the accounts payable system. Maintains the filing both electronic and physical. Responsible for matching invoices to checks. Processes both incoming and outgoing mail. Works closely with the Accounts Payable Representative. Other job duties as assigned. What You Will Need: High school diploma or equivalent. Data Entry experience. Experience with Microsoft Office, scanners and electronic filing.
