Ready to roll up your sleeves and keep the gears turning at one of By the Sea Resorts' vibrant Panama City Beach locations? We’re looking for a spirited Engineer Maintenance Tech who thrives on fixing, maintaining, and improving our hotel’s vibe — both behind the scenes and throughout the property. If you’re a hands-on problem solver who loves keeping things running smoothly so our guests can relax and enjoy the beach life, this gig is for you!

Responsibilities

Perform routine and emergency maintenance on hotel equipment, HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and more
Diagnose issues and implement practical solutions quickly to minimize downtime
Keep common areas and guest facilities in tip-top shape to ensure a welcoming environment
Work closely with the maintenance and housekeeping teams to coordinate repairs and improvements
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and provide status updates to management
Help with setup, installation, and projects that keep our resort shining and efficient

Requirements

Previous maintenance or engineering experience in hospitality or related industries a plus
Basic knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems
Strong troubleshooting skills with a can-do attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a tight-knit team
Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, because the beach waits for no one!
High school diploma or equivalent
