Support club sponsors in management of student activity funds. Issue student identification badges and parking permits. Monitor students serving as teacher assistants (TA) in the bookstore. Provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders. Establish and maintain good rapport with students, employees, community members and vendors. Maintain a high level of ethical behavior and confidentiality. Other job related duties as assigned. Education And Experience High School Diploma or GED and one (1) year of experience in itemized record keeping. Computer Skills Demonstrated competency in computer literacy and Excel Licensing/Certifications Obtain and maintain a valid Arizona Identity Verified Prints (IVP) Fingerprint Clearance Card (AZ IVP FPCC) Knowledge Of Techniques and methods for organizing, prioritizing, and monitoring work. Best practices, trends and emerging technologies. Business math concepts. Filing and record-keeping principles. Applicable federal, state and local laws, codes, regulations. Customer service principles. Modern office technology. Skill In Coordinating deadlines, prioritizing work demands, and monitoring work performed. Performing basic original research, compiling and assembling data. Organizing tasks, meeting deadlines and prioritizing work. Following directions and meeting standards. Providing attention to detail in assignments. Computer Digital literacy and Excel. Organizing and maintaining records and files. Business math computations.
