Paid Media Specialist

Digital Agency is looking for a paid media enthusiast who loves finding new ways to reach audiences across platforms. You know how to stretch an ad budget, spot a trend early, and build creative campaigns that look great and deliver results.
What You'll Do
- Take the wheel on paid social and search campaigns for a small portfolio of clients
- Develop strategies that align with business goals, and set (and hit!) meaningful KPIs
- Optimize budgets while maintaining or improving performance
- Test, learn, and iterate to keep campaigns getting better
- Turn data into clear reports that tell the story behind the numbers
- Partner with our media team, creative team, and third-party vendors
What We're Looking For
- 2-4 years of agency experience
- Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads and Google Ads, with LinkedIn, Snapchat, and TikTok a plus
- Strong grasp of audience targeting, A/B testing, and campaign optimization
- Proficiency with Google Analytics and attribution tools
- Confidence engaging with executive-level stakeholders and supporting client conversations
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple campaigns independently while supporting the larger team
- E-commerce experience is a plus (especially in beauty space), and a marketing degree is preferred, though we value experience too
