This is a full-time, contract opportunity for the 2026/2027 school year. You'll work closely with students, faculty, and families to support individualized learning plans and contribute to the overall success and well-being of children and adolescents.

Key Qualifications:

• Hold a current Delaware Occupational Therapist (OT) license or Delaware Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license
• Experience working with school-aged children preferred
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, staff, and families
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Passion for helping students achieve their fullest potential

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect occupational therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to student evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to integrate therapeutic strategies into students’ daily routines
• Offer guidance and education to families regarding strategies for student success
