Your responsibilities may include: Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene Preparing meals and assisting with feeding when necessary Supporting daily living skills and independence Helping individuals participate in community activities, appointments, and social events Providing companionship, encouragement, and emotional support Maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming home environment Following individualized support plans and goals Promoting dignity, respect, and person-centered care Every day brings new opportunities to help someone learn, grow, and succeed. Who We're Looking For You may be a great fit if you are: Compassionate and caring Dependable and responsible Patient and positive Looking for meaningful work Interested in healthcare, human services, psychology, education, nursing, social work, or caregiving Ready to make a difference in the lives of others Qualifications Must be at least 20 years of age. High school diploma or equivalent; further education in a related field is a plus. Previous experience in direct support, caregiving, or a related field preferred. Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to help others. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation CPR and First Aid certification (or willing to obtain).
