We put in long hours at high intensity to push the frontier forward. Role Scope Own the robotic weld cells: programming, fixturing interface, and weld quality at production rate. Develop weld programs for structural steel assemblies: procedures, parameters, and sequencing that hold distortion. Commission new cells with integrators and take them from acceptance to rate. Drive first-pass yield up with data: rework cut at the parameter level. What We're Looking For The below is a starting point. We always make space for exceptional people, so if you don't fit this role exactly, tell us where you would. You've programmed and run robotic welding in production, not just in a lab. You know GMAW deeply: parameters, transfer modes, and what the arc is telling you. You've solved distortion and penetration problems on heavy weldments. You work to WPS discipline and can write one. You partner with quality on inspections and the fixes they drive. Bonus: AWS D1.1 familiarity. Fanuc, ABB, or Yaskawa arc packages. Offline programming. Fixture design input.
