Gardener

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Gardener to join our team in Washington. The ideal candidate will have a passion for gardening and a strong knowledge of plants, shrubs, and trees. As a Gardener you will be responsible for maintaining the grounds of residential or commercial properties ensuring they are well-kept and visually appealing. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month. Responsibilities Perform general gardening tasks such as mowing lawns, planting flowers, trimming hedges and watering plants Maintain and care for existing gardens by fertilizing, weeding and pruning as needed Identify potential pest or disease issues and take appropriate measures to address them Operate and maintain gardening equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers and leaf blowers Collaborate with clients to create garden designs that meet their preferences and needs Purchase necessary supplies and tools within budget constraints Keep records of all gardening activities including plant inventory and maintenance schedules Requirements Minimum of 2 years experience as a Gardener in a residential or commercial setting In-depth knowledge of various plants, shrubs, trees and their care requirements Ability to operate gardening equipment safely and effectively Strong communication skills to work with clients and understand their preferences Time management skills to ensure all tasks are completed within designated timeframes Physically fit to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects and working outdoors in various weather conditions Must be legally eligible to work in the US with a valid work visa We offer Competitive salary of $1100 per month Free visa sponsorship for eligible candidates Paid round-trip ticket from India Opportunity for growth within the company #J-18808-Ljbffr SecureLine
