Role Overview

Initio Sphere is onboarding Private Capital Transaction Auditors to review, validate, and verify qualified investment opportunities before they are presented to our investor and fund manager network.
This is not an employment role. Auditors operate as independent contractors, activated through a verification and approval process.

Once approved, Auditors:

• Audit and verify transaction details and deal structures

• Confirm the credibility of deal participants and supporting documentation

• Collaborate with Deal Scouts and analysts to ensure accurate deal submission

• Earn transaction-based compensation for audits completed on deals that close successfully

• Build a verified track record as a trusted transaction auditor within the Initio Sphere ecosystem

This role is ideal for professionals with transaction experience, including operators, advisors, intermediaries, and financial professionals with a track record of evaluating deals.

What You’ll Do (Approval-Based)

Approved Auditors may:

• Review proprietary or semi-proprietary investment opportunities submitted by Deal Scouts

• Validate deal structure, economics, and documentation for completeness and credibility

• Conduct compliance and risk checks in coordination with Initio Sphere analysts

• Certify deals before introduction to investors or fund managers

• Provide feedback on deal presentation to improve sourcing quality

Auditors are not responsible for underwriting, capital raising, or making investment recommendations.

Eligible Deal Types

Based on approval, Auditors may verify opportunities across:

• Commercial real estate (multifamily, industrial, retail, mixed-use)

• Private equity and growth equity transactions

• Operating businesses and special situations

• Structured or opportunistic investments

Deal categories are approved based on professional experience and prior auditing or transaction evaluation credibility.

Compensation & Economics

Private Capital Transaction Auditors earn success-based compensation only:

• Typical earnings range from $1,000 to $10,000+ per closed transaction verified

• Compensation is paid upon successful transaction close and fee collection

• Exact economics vary by deal size, structure, and Auditor role

• No caps on earnings for consistently high-quality, accurate auditing

How Auditors Get Activated

1. Submit an application and professional background

2. Complete verification and category approval

3. Get activated within the Initio Sphere platform

4. Begin auditing and certifying qualified deals for the network

There is no cold auditing or blind verification. All deals flow through curated, platform-driven channels.

All activity is limited to verification, auditing, and relationship facilitation and must comply with applicable securities laws.
