Accounts Receivable Supervisor

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Accounts Receivable Supervisor to join our accounting team.We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Supervisor to play a key role in our firm's accounting and finance operations. This position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely and accurate invoice submissions, and collections. This role supervises AR staff, monitors daily reports, and resolves client issues.Duties & Responsibilities:Prepare daily reports for both AR staff and business groupsRun QC audits on specific clients to ensure accurate billingSubmit client invoices accurately and timelyMaintain proper notes within accounting systemMonitor aging reports and follow up on past due invoicesRespond promptly to customer invoice resolutionCommunicating root cause issues to clients, business groups and/or managementComplete special projects, as assignedPerform other duties and responsibilities as neededSupervisory Responsibilities:This job does require supervisory responsibilities.Education & Work Experience:A High School Diploma or GED required. Post High School, Business, Finance or Accounting Degree strongly preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 is required.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.High degree of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information appropriately.Physical Demands:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
