What You’ll Do Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients by phone, email, text, and in-person meetings Listen, assess, and close qualified leads across single-event personal injury and mass tort matters Deliver consistent, empathetic, and persuasive communication that builds trust quickly Guide clients through the sign-up process — often during urgent or high-pressure situations Collaborate with firm management to evaluate leads and maximize conversion rates Handle follow-ups, maintain accurate case data, and generate reports on intake performance Assist with special projects directly for firm management Support after-hours intake What We’re Looking For 3+ years of success in personal injury law, including intake experience Bilingual in Spanish with full professional proficiency (speaking, reading, and writing) A track record of meeting and exceeding performance targets Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with high emotional intelligence Strong customer service orientation — able to project confidence, empathy, and energy in every interaction Consistently work 45+ hours per week in-office and be on-call after hours Valid driver’s license and good driving record Professional polish with the ability to engage effectively with clients, doctors, lawyers, and judges Local candidates only Preferred, But Not Required College degree with good academic track record Company Description Established Houston-based personal injury law firm that handles high quality cases - and all the way through trial Company Description Established Houston-based personal injury law firm that handles high quality cases - and all the way through trial
