Tag & Title Clerk

Job Overview AAA Club Alliance is hiring an experienced full-time Tag and Title Clerk in Vienna, VA. The position is full‑time (37.5 hrs/week), Monday‑Friday 9:00AM‑5:30PM and Saturday 9:00‑1:00PM. Responsibilities Process driver’s license and vehicle registration applications. Answer and provide guidance on state‑specific regulations for driver license and vehicle titling/registration applications. Upsell and cross‑sell AAA products such as new memberships, credit cards, and insurance referrals. Answer incoming overflow calls for Roadside Assistance during peak call volumes, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery. Serve as backup by assisting in the functions of Cashiering and IDEMIA services if applicable. Qualifications Previous sales and customer service experience, with an ability to drive results and exceed expectations. Prior experience in motor vehicle title system or tag and title work is preferred. Effective written and oral communication skills for engaging customers and articulating AAA memberships. Proficiency navigating multiple websites and programs; strong computer skills for multitasking. Notary Public designation or ability to obtain and maintain Notary Public designation within six (6) months of employment. Ability to successfully complete all required training workshops for Title Service Agents. High school diploma or equivalent. Satisfactory pre‑employment and post‑employment screenings (criminal, drug, state/vendor specific). Compensation & Benefits Hourly base compensation: $18.82–$24.07, adjusted by experience, location and other factors. Incentive pay averages $162.00–$580.00 per month.
