In this hands-on role, you'll help keep our vehicles in showroom-ready condition, working both inside and out to deliver a spotless finish for every customer. Whether you've worked in a car wash, janitorial, cleaning, or another hands-on role, we provide the training and support to help you build a successful career in the automotive industry.Compensation$15.00–$20.00 per hour, based on experienceResponsibilitiesWash vehicle exteriors and clean interior windows, mirrors, and door jambsVacuum seats, carpets, and floor mats to remove dirt and debrisShampoo and deep-clean upholstery and rugsApply waxes, tire dressing, and interior protectants (vinyl, leather, and fabric)Use specialty cleaners to remove stains and tough materialsInspect for and report visible defects like dents, scratches, and damaged upholsteryRecondition interiors, engine bays, and painted surfacesTouch up minor paint or trim issues and replace missing small partsMaintain all showroom and lot vehicles in clean conditionRefuel vehicles and remove all stickers from sold unitsKeep the lot organized and your work area clean and safeReport any issues or hazards to managementQualificationsPrior cleaning experience preferred (car wash, janitorial, or related field)Valid driver's license requiredPositive attitude and strong attention to detailWillingness to work outdoors in all types of weatherAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and be on your feet throughout the dayAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environmentNo automotive experience required—we'll provide the trainingNo automotive experience?
