**Experience and Qualifications:** - Minimum 2 years of experience required; first-time travelers are accepted. - Previous charge experience is not specified. - Travel experience is not explicitly required. - Community hospital experience, LTAC experience, and Trauma Level I & II experience are preferred. - Patient ratio experience: 4. - Charting system experience: EPIC required. **Certifications and Licensure:** - BLS (Basic Life Support) required. - ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) required. - NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) required. - PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) required. - STEMI and Stroke facility experience required. - License in hand required with submission. **Skills:** - Experience in the following areas is required or preferred: BiPAP/CPAP management, Blood Product Administration, Care of Ventilated Patients, Central line care/management, Continuous IV sedation, CVA (Cerebrovascular Accident), General Emergency Department (Adult/Pedi), Gunshot wounds, Head injury, ICP monitoring, Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Isolation Precautions/PPE, IV vasopressors, Management of dysrhythmias, Near drowning, Neuro-Trauma, Non-Trauma Emergency Department, Ortho trauma, Phlebotomy, Procedural Sedation Administration/Monitoring, Spinal cord injury, Starting and maintaining IVs, Traumatic amputation, Traumatic Brain injury, Triage, Dysrhythmia Interpretation/EKG test. **Additional Requirements:** - EPIC experience is required. - All RNs must pass an EKG exam during compliance; two attempts allowed. - COVID-19 and Flu vaccines are required; medical/religious exemptions only. - Facility does not accept education from schools listed on the Diploma Fraud Florida Education Audit list. - The facility requires a background check with no open cases. **Shift Details:** - 3x12-hour shifts, nights (7 PM-7 AM), occasionally 3 PM-3 AM. - Up to every other weekend and holiday coverage as needed. - No call required. **Additional Information:** - All travelers may float to any Cone Health campus if needed. - Modules completed during orientation, average 2-4 hours, non-billable.
