Here's what we're looking for in our newest team member! /n As a Treatment Services Coordinator, you'll oversee the daily duties of clinicians to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as CMG, LP policy and procedures. Work collectively with leadership to promote the development of counseling skills and the quality of care for our patients. /n --- /n For over 30 years, New Season Treatment Centers has been a leading national health care service provider of outpatient treatment centers that specialize in providing safe, quality, and best-in-class care for individuals living with Opioid Use Disorder ("OUD"). /n Curious what your day-to-day may look like and how you'll be making a big positive impact on your local community?? /n /n /n Job Summary: /n Oversee the daily duties of clinicians to ensure compliance with local, state, and Federal Regulations, as well as CMG, LP policy and procedures. Work collaboratively with leadership to promote the development of counseling skills and the quality of care for patients. /n /n Essential Functions: /n /n /n - Ensure compliance with all Local, State, Federal, and Colonial Management Group, LP rules, and regulations and to do so within the allocated budget for the clinic /n - Keep Colonial Management Group, LP informed, through the Program Director or Regional Director, of any significant treatment events which occur in their respective area and make prudent recommendations to address the same. /n - Provide or assist with quarterly quality assurance program reviews. /n - Assist in achieving and maintaining a three-year accreditation status through recognized accrediting bodies. /n - Provide reports as requested. /n - Provide clinical supervision to clinical staff as required. /n - Reviews, signs, and dates all appropriate documentation required. /n /n /n - Documents patient progress through counseling and interaction through groups. /n - Reports patient abuse, neglect, and exploitation as required. /n - Assists in monitoring all patient activities on the center premises. /n - Actively participates in community relations activities as directed and authorized. /n - Ensures the reading and understanding of the Policy and Procedures Manual. /n - Ensures compliance with 42 CFR Part 2 (Federal Confidentiality Regulations) and 45 CFR, Parts 160 & 164 (HIPAA) /n - Is responsible for obtaining or maintaining proper licensure and/or certification according to specific state requirements. /n - Actively participates in preparation for surveys and inspections conducted by CARF, the State, DEA, Board of Pharmacy, and any other agency site visits as dictated by the state laws or regulations. /n - Participates in all staff meetings /n - Ensures compliance with local, State, Federal, and Colonial Management Group, LP rules, regulations and policies. /n - Always acts in the best interests of the program and company; honors, supports, and protects the propriety data and rights of the company. /n - Performs other tasks as assigned. /n /n /n Supervisory Responsibilities: /n (Scope of the person's authority, including a list of jobs that report to this job). /n /n Provides Clinical Supervision /n /n Essential Qualifications: /n (To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. /n /n Education/Licensure/Certification: Bachelor's Degree in a related field and licensure and/or certification as needed per individual state requirements. Master's Degree in a related field preferred. /n /n Required Knowledge: Understanding of Opioid Addiction and Medication-Assisted Treatment services. Knowledge of general counseling practices, Federal Confidentiality Law, HIPAA, and privacy practices. Must be computer literate with basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google products. /n /n Experience Preferred: Minimum of two (2) years of management experience. Minimum of one (1) year of experience in substance abuse or related field /n /n Skill and Ability: Must possess excellent verbal and communication skills with the ability to multitask. Demonstrate organizational skills and attention to detail. Proven leadership and time management skills.
