Requirements:

• 2 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist
• Valid Occupational Therapist license
• Be willing to obtain Washington licensure

Responsibilities:
As a healthcare professional in a home health setting, you will be responsible for evaluating and developing personalized care plans for patients requiring occupational therapy services, ensuring quality care and optimal recovery outcomes.

• Provide occupational therapy evaluations and interventions tailored to adult and pediatric patients in their home environment.
• Collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans leveraging key skills such as functional mobility and ADLs.
• Document patient progress accurately and ensure compliance with agency protocols and healthcare regulations.
