Job Title Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery Location Greensboro, NC | Acute Care Schedule / Job Type Contract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts | 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM | Every Other Weekend Required | Holidays Scheduled as Needed Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to laboring patients in a high-acuity, 18-bed Labor and Delivery unit Float as needed to Mother/Baby Unit (MBU), Maternal Antepartum Unit (MAU), and OB Special Care (OBSC) Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation and patient management Operate Triton and SurgiCount systems as required All RNs must pass a compliance EKG exam (2 attempts allowed) Complete non-billable orientation modules as assigned (average 2–4 hours, unit-based) Required Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license — must be in hand at time of submission Minimum 1 year of Labor and Delivery experience BLS , ACLS , and NRP certifications required EPIC EMR experience required Must pass a compliance EKG exam prior to placement No open background check cases permitted; third-party education verification required Must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible Preferred Experience / Skills AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certification preferred Experience with Triton and SurgiCount systems First-time travelers are welcome to apply Why Join Us First-time travelers are encouraged to apply — a great opportunity to launch your travel nursing career in a well-supported Labor and Delivery setting Gain experience across multiple OB care settings through float opportunities within the health system Concentric Healthcare Staffing Job ID 775612.
