An exciting opportunity to join a global technology platform helping leading brands connect with the next generation of consumers through verified identity, performance marketing, media and insights. The business works with thousands of brands worldwide, reaching millions of Gen Z consumers across key markets.

As Business Development Director, you’ll be responsible for winning new business across the fashion and beauty sectors, targeting major brands and high-growth businesses. This is a true hunter role where you’ll own the sales process from identifying and developing opportunities through to negotiation and close.

You’ll build relationships with senior decision-makers across eCommerce, marketing, media and commercial teams, while positioning a range of solutions designed to help brands engage and convert Gen Z consumers.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and close new business opportunities across fashion and beauty
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of high-value prospects
• Own complex sales cycles from initial outreach through to negotiation and close
• Develop relationships with senior VP and C-level stakeholders
• Sell solutions across verification, performance marketing, media and insights
• Work closely with internal product, marketing, insights and legal teams to develop tailored solutions
• Keep a strong focus on revenue generation, pipeline development and hitting targets

Requirements

• 4-7+ years’ experience in business development, new business or strategic sales
• Proven track record of winning new logos and generating revenue
• Experience within SaaS, eCommerce, digital media, martech, affiliate or related technology environments
• Strong understanding of the fashion, beauty, eCommerce and digital media landscape
• Confident selling to senior stakeholders and managing complex negotiations
• Commercially driven, proactive and comfortable working in a target-focused environment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
