What You’ll Actually Do Embed with customers and learn how they really operate Design and deploy AI Workers that immediately transform their business Build lightweight tools, integrations, and logic—then iterate in real time Debug edge cases, optimize performance, and ensure the AI works every time Bridge engineering and operations, with full ownership from day one Who You Are You think like a founder, not an employee You care about outcomes, not org charts or job titles You’re technical enough to build, and relentless enough to finish You thrive in chaos and move fast when others hesitate You see ambiguity as opportunity—not risk Skills We Value Strong software background (CS, Physics, Engineering, Math—or you taught yourself by building) Proficient in Python, Java, JS/TS, or similar Comfortable with APIs, data flows, scripting, and building quickly Exceptional communicator—you can talk to executives and operators alike Experience in logistics, AI deployment, or high‑stakes ops is a plus, but not required Willing to travel to where the action is (~25%).
