AI Engineer - FDE (Forward Deployed Engineer)

**Location: United States (Remote/Hybrid Available)**

We are looking for an experienced **AI Engineer / Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE)** to design, deploy, and optimize production-grade Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI solutions for enterprise customers.

In this customer-facing role, you will partner with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to develop innovative AI applications, implement machine learning solutions, and deliver scalable AI automation systems that solve real-world business challenges.

* Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade Generative AI applications.
* Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems for knowledge retrieval.
* Develop multi-agent AI systems capable of autonomous task execution.
* Create Text-to-SQL solutions for natural language database querying.
* Fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) for domain-specific applications.
* Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and reliability.
* Deploy production-ready AI and Machine Learning solutions.
* Build AI automation workflows that improve business operations.
* Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve AI system performance.
* Implement model evaluation, testing, observability, and optimization strategies.
* Serve as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise customers.
* Translate business requirements into AI-powered technical solutions.
* Deliver technical workshops, presentations, and product demonstrations.
* Provide guidance on AI architecture, implementation, and best practices.
* Partner with Product Managers, Software Engineers, Data Scientists, and ML Engineers.
* Influence product roadmaps through customer feedback and technical expertise.
* Collaborate on AI research initiatives and emerging technologies.
* Present at industry conferences and technical events.
* Contribute to AI best practices, technical documentation, and knowledge sharing.
* Stay current with advancements in Generative AI, Machine Learning, and AI Automation.
* Graduate degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent practical experience).
* Extensive experience building production AI and Machine Learning applications.
* Strong knowledge of Generative AI technologies and modern LLM architectures.
* Experience deploying AI applications on major cloud platforms.
* Excellent communication and customer-facing consulting skills.
* Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Willingness to travel occasionally for customer engagements when required.

Data Engineering

* Experience with enterprise AI consulting.
