Junior Marketing Specialist

Full-time | Monday-Friday | 8:30am-5:00pm | On-site Start Building Your Marketing Experience We’re looking for a Junior Marketing Specialist to join our team and support a range of day-to-day marketing projects. You’ll work across campaign coordination, content, research, promotions, and marketing administration while gaining hands-on experience across different areas of the function. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to active projects, work with different teams, and develop a practical understanding of how marketing initiatives are planned and delivered. What You’ll Be Working On Campaign Support: Assist with marketing campaigns, promotional activities, timelines, and project requirements. Content & Communications: Help prepare marketing materials, digital content, presentations, and customer-facing communications. Research & Insights: Conduct basic market, customer, and competitor research to support ongoing marketing projects. Coordination: Keep marketing calendars, project information, files, and deadlines organized while following up on outstanding tasks. Events & Promotions: Support promotional activities, events, presentations, and other initiatives as required. Reporting: Help track campaign activity, organize information, and prepare basic reports for internal teams. What We’re Looking For Previous experience in marketing, communications, content, social media, administration, or a related area is preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Good organizational and time-management abilities Comfortable working with spreadsheets, presentations, and standard workplace software Strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned projects Ability to work independently and collaborate with a wider team Interested in Growing With Us?
