Lead Dental Assistant – University Place, WA | Private Practice

Pay & Compensation

• $28–$35 per hour

Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead and support clinical operations to ensure an efficient workflow
• Assist the doctor during a variety of dental procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms and patients for treatment
• Take dental radiographs and maintain accurate patient records
• Sterilize instruments and maintain OSHA and infection control standards
• Manage inventory and clinical supplies
• Support and mentor team members as needed
• Deliver exceptional patient care and help create a positive patient experience
• Assist with scheduling and communication between clinical and administrative teams

Requirements

• Previous dental assisting experience required
• Leadership or Lead Dental Assistant experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Commitment to exceptional patient care
• Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
