Red Rock Ford of Dickinson, LLC – Dickinson, ND

Pay: $90,000 – $140,000 per year (base + performance incentives) + up to $12,000 sign-on bonus + relocation assistance available for eligible and qualified individuals.

Red Rock Ford of Dickinson, LLC, a Ford Elite Commercial Center , is seeking an experienced Fleet & Commercial Sales Manager to lead and grow our commercial vehicle business.

Responsibilities:

• Drive growth in fleet and commercial vehicle sales
• Manage, coach, and develop a Fleet Sales Representative
• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, government, and fleet accounts
• Work closely with Retail Sales Managers and other department leaders to align inventory, pricing, and processes
• Ensure compliance with Ford fleet programs and Elite Commercial Center standards

Requirements:

Work Schedule:

• Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (minimum)
• Additional hours will be required based on business needs, customer demands, or special circumstances

Qualifications:

• Automotive dealership experience or sales experience * required *, preferably in fleet or commercial sales
• Very strong dealer-based sales background
• Proven leadership and sales growth experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Willingness to travel locally; no overnights required except for occasional training or industry events
