Kim Danlow Insurance Agency is looking for a motivated, competitive Insurance Sales Representative who enjoys connecting with people and closing business. This is a sales-focused position for someone who is comfortable making outbound calls, following up consistently, and asking for the sale.

This position offers a base salary plus uncapped commission and performance bonuses, along with hands on training, ongoing coaching and opportunities for advancement/

You will develop leads, identify customer needs, and recommend appropriate insurance products while helping grow a high-performing agency. We provide training, coaching, and opportunities to earn more through performance-based compensation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, lead follow-up, and community relationships.
• Conduct insurance and financial-services conversations with prospective and existing customers.
• Recommend, explain, quote, and sell appropriate insurance products.
• Consistently follow up with leads and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
• Meet established activity, sales, and production goals.
• Build lasting customer relationships that support retention and referrals.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow all agency and carrier requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Sales experience preferred; insurance experience is helpful but not required.
• Confident, persuasive communicator who is comfortable asking for the sale.
• Self-motivated, coachable, competitive, and accountable.
• Able to handle rejection, follow up consistently, and work toward measurable goals.
• Strong organizational and relationship-building skills.
• Property and Casualty license required before the start date; assistance may be available for the right candidate.
• Life and Health license preferred or must be obtained after hire.
