Enterprise Solutions Architect

Zof AI is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Architect to design how our product actually lands in each customer environment. This role owns the technical implementation design per customer and the full contract-to-production onboarding arc, and turns AI capability into business cases and rollout sequencing that enterprise stakeholders can commit to. If you have worked as an Implementation Consultant or AI Consultant / Strategist, this role consolidates those disciplines. The ideal candidate pairs strong architecture judgment with the consulting skill to make a rollout succeed organizationally, not just technically.

Responsibilities

• Design the per-customer technical implementation and integration architecture.
• Own onboarding from signed contract to production.
• Turn AI capability into business cases and rollout sequencing.
• Define success criteria with customers and make them measurable.
• Partner with forward deployed engineers on delivery in customer environments.
• Design integrations with customer systems, data, and workflows.
• Build reusable reference architectures from repeated customer work.
• Act as the trusted technical advisor inside customer accounts.

Requirements

• Strong technical architecture and systems design judgment.
• Experience implementing software in enterprise environments.
• Ability to run structured onboarding and rollout programs.
• Comfort presenting to both engineers and executives.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple customer engagements at once.
• High ownership of customer outcomes.
• Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment.

Nice to have

• Prior solutions architecture, implementation, or consulting experience.
• Experience deploying AI or agent systems for enterprises.
• Experience with enterprise integration patterns and platforms.
• Experience building business cases for technical investments.

Must be able to design and explain AI agent architectures for real enterprise environments
