In this role, you willownall local Human Resources activity and beaccountable for all talent functionsfor our Pennsylvania live streaming studio.This position supports a 24x7x365 operationemploying up to 200 employees.The ideal candidate will be a highly organized,empatheticand able to connect with a diverse range of employees and colleagues.We are looking for an energetic self-starter who is eager to make an impact.This rolerequires an HR professional with a broad skillset and the ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines simultaneously. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES: Employee Relations& Leadership Strategic Support: Act as a trusted partner to management, providing coaching and guidance on employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions. Culture Advocacy: Promote and explain company policies and legal regulations, ensuring all levels of management understand and embody Playtech’s standards of compliance. Conflict Resolution& Investigations: Responsibly and discreetly handle employee complaints, including sensitive issues such as harassment or discrimination allegations. Champion PositiveEmployee Culture through engagement activities, campaigns,celebrationsand community mindset. Training and Employee Development Training Administration: Ensure all employees completecompany and legally required training activities as directed Employee Development: Work with local leadership toidentifyemployee skill gapsanddetermineappropriate developmentand or training interventions to address needs Employee&DataAdministration Data Integrity: Maintainour HRIS and payroll systems with high attention to detail, ensuring data integrity for audits and reporting. Reporting: Send accurate reports on a daily/weekly basis Total Rewards Management: Supportemployee’squestions and resolve concernsregardingbenefit programsandenrollment, payroll concerns, compensation, and other issues. Compliance& Safety Compliance: Ensure processesand proceduresare compliant withcompany policies and legal requirements andadviselocal leadership on employment related matters Licensing: Support studio leadership with the administration and required activities to apply andmaintainemployee gaming licenses Safety: Ensure studio operationsmaintainappropriate safetyprocedures and protocols andresolve anyemployee safety concernsthat arise Core Competencies Emotional Intelligence: Superior interpersonal skills and the ability to think critically in high-pressure situations. Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to simplify complex policy language for employees. Technical Savvy: Expertproficiencyin MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort learning new HRISsoftware.ADP Workforce Now experience is a plus. Organization: A self-motivated "quick learner" with the organizational skills to manage deadline-oriented tasks across multiple HR functions. Qualifications Required Experience Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resourcesor related discipline Background: 2–4 years of progressive experience in Human Resources Specialization: At least 2 years of direct experiencein Employee Relationsand HR Administration Preferred: Experience in theGaming and/or Hospitality industryand is a significant plus.
