Fulfillment Operations Specialist — Groveport, OH 43125

Picture a day where your precision keeps customer promises on track. At our Groveport, OH 43125 facility, you’ll be the steady hand moving products from truck to shelf to outbound shipment—safely, accurately, and efficiently.

You arrive and review inbound schedules, then head to the dock to unload trailers. You verify counts and condition, catching discrepancies before they become problems. You stage goods in the right locations and update the inventory system so every item is right where it should be. As orders drop, you pick with care, pack securely, and prepare shipments for departure. Throughout the shift, you operate pallet jacks and forklifts with safety as your guide, help with cycle counts and audits, and keep aisles clear and work areas tidy. You collaborate with teammates to hit daily targets and follow all procedures that keep everyone safe.

• Receive, unload, and check inbound shipments for accuracy and product quality.
• Organize and store inventory in assigned locations and keep areas orderly.
• Pick, pack, and stage customer orders with strong attention to detail.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
• Support regular inventory counts and audit activities.
• Maintain a clean, well-organized work environment.
• Work closely with your team to achieve daily operational goals.
• Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures at all times.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Warehouse or related experience is a plus.
• Comfort lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to adjust to scheduling needs and work overtime when required.
• Forklift certification is a plus; not required.
