Title Site Manager Compensation $70,000-$76,000 Shift Days – Variable/Weekends/On‑call Job Overview The Site Manager directs company programs and implements company policy to ensure total compliance with contract duties between the company and customers. Roles & Responsibilities Plan and develop work schedules to ensure adequate service. Prepare schedules for service personnel and assign personnel to routes. Inspect and evaluate the physical condition of establishments for program compliance (safety, quality, and service). Audit and maintain inventories of supplies and equipment. Investigate and promote improved equipment and methods. Review customer service requests to determine cause, type of malfunction, and coordinate with management. Implement organizational policies and goals. Analyze and facilitate budget requests to identify cost‑saving opportunities. Assist in promoting services to develop new markets, increase market share, and gain a competitive position in the industry. Inspect plants and evaluate use of space and facilities. Assist with plans, budgets, and schedule modifications, including cost estimates, bid sheets, and contracts. Ensure the site meets budget goals sustainably. Assist in developing long‑range plans, conceptual designs, and capital outlay requirements for program/process improvements. Coordinate program specifications, proposal and contract requirements, and associated documents. Compile data for preparing estimates. Maintain and report on the financial side of the business, such as labor hours, overhead, supplies, expenses, billing, forecasting, and related changes. Maintain a safe work environment for self and employees. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations (FLSA, OSHA, ADA, etc.). Direct supervisory management engaged in supporting facility programs. Act as liaison between company, customers, clients, employees, and subcontractors. Maintain contract and contractor status databases. Review all correspondence concerning contractors and respond as appropriate. Establish and maintain contact with contractors to ensure smooth contract processes. Conduct and attend meetings to communicate top‑down and bottom‑up on a consistent real‑time basis with customers, clients, and employees. Assist with human resource concerns and issues. Travel as required. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field from a four‑year college or university with 2–5 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Valid driver’s license required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Customer service, problem solving, time management, project management, planning, presentation, interviewing, coaching, and training skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer skills. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, customers, employees, and the public. Bilingual skills are a plus. Experience in supervisory responsibilities including interviewing, hiring, planning, assigning, and directing work; performance evaluations; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Ensuring employees are properly trained on tasks and safety requirements. Physical Demands & Work Environment Frequent sitting, talking, and listening.
