Role Overview: The Physical Therapist (PT) provides comprehensive physical therapy services, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions within an interdisciplinary team, adhering to professional and ethical standards. Qualifications: Must hold a current, valid state PT license or certification; CPR certification preferred. Educational requirement includes a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program, with 0-1 years of experience. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments to evaluate physical conditions and rehabilitation needs. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities. Educate patients and families on exercises, posture, body mechanics, and condition management strategies. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in compliance with policies and regulations. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care. Perform additional duties as assigned.
