Lineage Biomedical is a medical device startup focused on precision neurotoxin delivery through our proprietary NavaClick platform. We’re seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to lead day-to-day marketing execution, strengthen our brand presence, and support our sales and professional education teams.

The ideal candidate is a strong writer and organized project manager who can turn ideas into effective campaigns and materials. You’ll work closely with internal teams and agency partners, balancing creative work with the practical needs of a growing business.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage marketing initiatives that build brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales.
• Serve as the primary in-house copywriter, creating clear, compelling content and maintaining consistent messaging across channels.
• Coordinate with agency partners to plan and execute email campaigns, social media content, and other digital marketing initiatives.
• Manage social media engagement and build relationships with customers and industry professionals.
• Develop marketing and educational materials in collaboration with sales and professional education teams.
• Plan and support marketing activities for trade shows, webinars, and training events.
• Maintain the marketing calendar, manage project timelines, and coordinate resources.
• Track campaign performance and use results to improve marketing efforts.

Position Requirements

• Experience : Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably within a startup or growing business.
• Writing & Communication : Excellent command of written English, with demonstrated professional copywriting and editing skills across email, social media, and print collateral.
• Digital Proficiency: Experience working with creative and email agencies, managing social media engagement, and supporting webinars and digital campaigns.
• Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with sales teams, professional education leaders, agency partners, and event coordinators to deliver consistent brand messaging.
• Work Style: Proactive, highly organized, and comfortable working in a lean startup environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and balance creative work with operational responsibilities.

Experience in medical devices, aesthetics, or healthcare is preferred. This position requires on-site work in Stuart, FL, and attendance at trade shows and events as needed.
