- Minimum 6+ years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis
- Mandatory domain experience: Unemployment Insurance (UI) - Tax / Benefits
- Strong experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements
- Ability to create business solutions, prototypes, and use cases
- Proven analytical skills with experience creating process documentation and reports
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to translate business data into actionable insights
- Good to have: Working knowledge of SQL
- Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production
- Ensure maximum system usability through effective requirement analysis
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and validate business needs
- Develop process flows, functional specifications, and reports
- Support solution design and implementation activities
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams
