Essential Functions As an On-Site Recruiter, you will be responsible for driving all aspects of the talent relationship management process for our client’s office location in Sauk Rapids, MN. This will involve sourcing, screening, and presenting candidates while managing hiring managers and candidate relationships. This is a long-term, open-ended W-2 contract opportunity with a possibility to go permanent. Your responsibilities Ability to work on site (Sauk Rapids & Osakis, MN up to 5 days a week and travel to two other plants in the area) Drive all aspects of the talent relationship management process for the client's office in Sauk Rapids, MN. Source qualified candidates through various recruiting channels. Screen and evaluate candidates to determine qualifications and fit. Present qualified candidates to hiring managers. Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers. Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process. Coordinate and facilitate the hiring process from sourcing to placement. Support a long-term, open-ended W-2 contract assignment with the potential for permanent employment. Required skills 3+ years of high-volume recruiting experience for roles including: Weld Operator CNC Machinist (Levels 1–3) CNC Machine Operator Materials Coordinator Setup Machinist Traffic Logistics Coordinator Proven ability to thrive in a high-volume recruiting environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced setting. Technology‑savvy with experience using PowerSuite and Carve, and the ability to quickly learn new systems. Strong time management, attention to detail, and organizational skills. Goal-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet recruiting targets.
