Payroll Manager

Job Title: Payroll Manager Location: Lakewood, CO Type: Direct Hire Compensation: $101,000 - $126,000/year, 10% target bonus Overview Global Manufacturing Company is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to join their team! Responsibilities Oversee full-cycle US and Canada payroll for approximately 2,000 employees Manage complex payroll transactions, including handling overpayments, shift differentials, and planned terminations, with a strong understanding of payroll laws and compliance Lead and develop the payroll team, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient payroll processing Manage payroll vendors and systems, including ADP Workforce Now and other platforms, to optimize payroll operations Drive payroll process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy Supervise and support 2 direct reports, fostering a collaborative team environment Requirements 8+ years of progressive payroll experience, including 4+ years in a payroll management or supervisory role Multi-state and Canadian payroll experience is required Strong payroll audit experience and knowledge of payroll laws and compliance Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now (4+ years preferred) or similar payroll systems Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills Attention to detail and ability to manage complex payroll transactions Benefits We offer eligible employees health and welfare benefits coverage options including medical, dental, vision, spending accounts, life insurance, voluntary plans, as well as participation in a 401(k) plan.
